📋 Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Blast Blocks ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

🎮 Use of the Game

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  • Create derivative works based on the Game
  • Use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Game's services
  • Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Sell, trade, or transfer your account to others

🏆 Leaderboard & Player Conduct

When using the leaderboard feature, you agree to:

  • Use appropriate, non-offensive display names
  • Not impersonate other players or public figures
  • Play fairly without exploiting bugs or using cheats
  • Accept that we may remove scores obtained through cheating

We reserve the right to modify or remove any display name that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or misleading.

💰 In-App Purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases ("IAPs") for virtual items or features.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • We reserve the right to modify prices and virtual item offerings
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account
  • Refund requests should be directed to the app store where the purchase was made

📢 Advertisements

The Game may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. By using the Game, you acknowledge that:

  • Ads may be displayed during gameplay
  • Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for ad content
  • You may opt out of personalized ads through your device settings

📱 Account & Data

Your game progress is stored using your device and our cloud services:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to device issues
  • We may delete inactive accounts after extended periods of inactivity
  • You may request deletion of your data by contacting support

📝 Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to:

  • Graphics, designs, and artwork
  • Music, sound effects, and audio
  • Software code and algorithms
  • Text, logos, and trademarks

...is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any Game content without our written permission.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Game will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Game is free of viruses or harmful components

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruption or computer damage
  • Cost of substitute goods or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the six months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Cheating or exploiting the Game
  • Abusive behavior toward other players
  • Any conduct we deem harmful to the Game or community

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
