Welcome to UtiliMax ("App", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you ("User", "you", "your") and UtiliMax. By downloading, installing, or using UtiliMax, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This EULA governs your use of the UtiliMax mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including any updates, supplements, and services made available through the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UtiliMax for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
UtiliMax offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features and remove advertisements.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and may be limited to one trial per Apple ID or Google account.

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your active subscription by tapping "Restore Purchases" in the app. Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

QR codes generated are standard format. We are not responsible for how third-party applications interpret the codes. Be cautious when scanning unknown QR codes.
Premium tools are provided as-is. Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text results may vary depending on language, accent, and device capabilities. Document conversion results should be reviewed for accuracy. Digital signatures created with this app may not have legal validity in all jurisdictions.

UtiliMax and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The UtiliMax name, logo, design, and functionality remain our exclusive property. Your subscription grants you a license to use the App, not ownership of any content or intellectual property.

We may update UtiliMax to add new tools and features, improve existing functionality, fix bugs, and update the design. Updates are provided through your device's app store. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue premium features with reasonable notice.
UtiliMax does not require account registration. All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. Subscription status is managed by Apple or Google and persists regardless of app installation.
UtiliMax is suitable for all ages. Since we don't collect personal information, there are no special restrictions for children's use. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of any mobile application, especially any in-app purchase features. Subscription purchases require Apple ID or Google account authentication.
You may stop using UtiliMax at any time by uninstalling the app. Remember to cancel any active subscriptions separately through your device's app store settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For subscription-related changes, we will provide notice in accordance with Apple and Google's requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where the app is used.
